Rachel received her B.S. with majors in Finance and Operations Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her M.B.A. from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Ms. Butler is certified as a Chief Training Officer from American Society of Training & Development. Additional certifications include: Certified Business Coach, Certified Facilitator, Dale Carnegie, Win/Win Negotiating, Train-the-Trainer, Statistical Methods for Improving Performance (Concourse), Process Mapping, and DDI. On a personal note Rachel has been married 19 years, has two daughters, coaches Quick Recall, and is an active school volunteer.
Thomas A. Butler
More than 23 years sales, marketing and business management experience. Positions have included Process Engineering at Kroy, Inc., Sales Engineer at FSI Corp, Honeywell, Inc, and GE. Leadership and executive responsibilities in Product Management for GE, Sales and Marketing Management for Makino, Inc. and VP Sales & Marketing for Mann+Hummel Advanced Filtration Concepts have provided Tom with a well-rounded perspective and knowledge of sales & marketing as well as general management. Significant experience selling to all levels within companies provides him with insight into being successful in very competitive markets. He is also adept at developing new or neglected markets and territories. - Developed multiple channels to market: direct sales engineers, account managers, regional managers, distributors and sales representatives
- Created and implemented annual and long-term business plans including forecasts to projected P & L, capital budgets and headcount.
- Served on multiple business advisory boards within the manufacturing sector: Marketing, Economics, Forecasting, and Economics & Statistics
- Well versed in managing cross-functional teams to drive sales, reduce costs and re-engineer product and processes
Tom received his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and his M.B.A. from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Mr. Butler is certified in multiple sales training techniques including Xerox, Wilson Learning and The Paradigm Group. On a personal note he has been married for 19 years and has two daughters ages 14 and 11. Tom enjoys activities with his family, plays competitive tennis and is an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
