The Coaching Process

Coaching is based on the principle of “what gets measured gets done”.  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are introduced to monitor the critical success factors of a business. Testing and measuring is introduced to evaluate key decisions, investments and actions. The team will learn to try something new, evaluate the results, make revisions, develop new metrics and implement the most valuable strategies for the business. Based on the results and the data, the team will learn to continuously revise and integrate the most effective strategies into the long-term business management/development program.

Business Coaching is a highly personalized form of learning where Coaches use clients’ businesses as personal case studies to support future individual and team development and to increase overall organizational effectiveness. Designing the plan is an interactive process that continues as new insights emerge during the process or in response to the dynamics of the business. The number and combination of the strategies that are implemented at any time will depend on the size and complexity of the opportunities, and the owner’s commitment of time, energy and resources to undertake the workload involved.
